How do I get past the credit card step in creating an account on Itunes?

I am only 13 and I don't have a credit card, so how can I create an account without the credit card step? I want to use Itunes cards.|||get a paypal account or use an aol account. thats the only way. You have to have sometype of payment on it incase you buy from the music store.
