How do you change your paypal credit card account for BB App world?

I'm using BB app world and buying products using my paypal account. But my credit card has expired and canceled. But the credit card is still on the paypal account. How do i change that credit card account so bb app world wont try to charge that card?|||You need to go to Paypal.com and login in. Then click on Profile-%26gt; Add or Edit Credit Card. The rest is self explanatory.
